Your Business Central buying checklist
Connect licensing decisions to your processes and implementation scope.
Start with business processes
List the finance, sales, purchasing and operational processes you need to support. Note integrations, reporting requirements and industry-specific extensions.
Identify user responsibilities
Describe what each user group needs to do. Compare current Microsoft plan entitlements and ask INFOC to validate the appropriate licence. Do not assume that a lower-cost licence permits every task.
Separate licences from implementation
Discuss migration, configuration, training, extensions and ongoing support alongside subscription quantities. Ask for the scope and assumptions to be explicit in your quote so you can assess the complete project.
