Tell us your current products, quantities and renewal dates. INFOC will review the available transition options before you commit. Do not cancel your current subscriptions until your migration plan is confirmed.
What to include in a quote request
Add plans to your basket and specify quantities and billing preferences. Use the notes field for existing licences, upcoming renewals, tenant requirements or migration and implementation needs.
After sending your request
You receive a reference and can download a summary. Contact INFOC with that reference for any updates. Submitting a request does not purchase, renew or activate a subscription.
Before you accept a quotation
Review the exact product and prerequisites, commitment and billing frequency, full payable total, renewal and cancellation rules, and the agreed support scope. Quote consent and Microsoft Customer Agreement acceptance are separate steps.

INFOC supplies Microsoft cloud and software subscriptions. For other Microsoft offers, regional variants or specialised licensing, contact the team so availability can be checked.

Add the subscriptions you need, choose quantities and billing preferences, then complete the quote form. Your saved request has a reference and a downloadable summary. Submitting it does not buy or activate a subscription.
Why are prices shown on request?
INFOC confirms pricing for your selected products, quantities, eligible offers and terms. Quotes are requested in Singapore dollars; review the final quotation for taxes and the agreed scope.
Is monthly billing the same as a monthly commitment?
No. Payment frequency and commitment length are separate choices. Check both for the exact offer before you accept a quote. Available combinations vary by subscription.
Can I move existing Microsoft subscriptions to INFOC?
Share your current products, quantities and renewal dates with INFOC. The team can review available transition options. Keep your existing subscriptions active until the transition plan is confirmed.
How should I compare similar plans?
Use Compare plan to shortlist up to three offers, then open their full details. Check included capabilities, prerequisites, quantities, term and billing. Ask INFOC to confirm anything that is not clear.
What happens after I submit my request?
The quote form confirms that your request is saved and provides a reference. Download your request summary for your records. Contact INFOC with that reference for updates; automated email acknowledgement is not yet enabled.
